Terms of Service – PNW Bright Lights

By booking PNW Bright Lights, you agree to the following terms:

• Deposit & Pricing: A $100 deposit is required to secure your installation. Installation is $6.50 per linear foot for the first year, which includes the lights provided by us. Customers keep these lights. Reinstallation in following years is $4.50 per linear foot.

• Takedown: Light removal is optional and an additional cost of $100-200 per year. Most customers choose to include takedown at the time of booking for convenience, but it is not required.

• Add-Ons: Additional features such as pathways, trees, bushes, or other decorations are not included in the per-foot installation price and are quoted separately.

• Hassle-Free Service: PNW Bright Lights provides all lights and installation equipment. Customers only need to provide safe access and an electrical outlet. No ladders, tools, or additional labor are required.

• Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure safe access to installation areas. Ensure that outlets are functional and that no hazards (weak surfaces, debris, or other risks) are present.

• Liability: We are fully insured for our work. PNW Bright Lights is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak or unstable surfaces, or hazards on the property. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather or electrical issues.

• Weather & Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule services in the event of unsafe weather or conditions. Rescheduled dates will be coordinated with the customer for convenience.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of [State].
